Our Services

We want you to know that at the Center for Well-Being, we are here for you no matter what you are going through. We want you to know that here, you matter!

The Center for Well-Being helps students, staff and faculty build skills to effectively deal with life challenges. At the Center, you have access to individual counseling sessions at no cost to you.

Our office makes every effort to accommodate specific requests for services and walk-in appointments based on availability.

Counseling is confidential and never part of your student or employee record. Nothing you share is revealed to anyone outside of our sessions without your written consent, as long as it falls within the limits of the law.

Parents have access to resources and consultation as needed to meet your students needs.

Our office is located in the Library and Learning Commons, 2nd Floor, Suite 201.

The SFU Center for Well-Being is here to help students, faculty, and staff at Saint Francis University balance their school, work, and personal lives to become healthier, happier, and more productive.
