Making the NEC Tournament and the Perfect Game at Sacred Heart

Too many to count, you never know what you are going to see or hear when you are around us.
IV. What are the game day rituals for your team?
Everyone has their own little ways of getting ready and game day habits.
Right before introductions we get together for a S-F-U-Know and then hit the field!

VI. What advice does your team have to offer to young students involved with your sport?
Work hard, stay positive, and do not get discouraged! The more time you put into your sport the better you will play. Champions are made when no one is watching and anyone can win on any given day!
