Men and Women Fall at Loyola

BALTIMORE, Md. – The Red Flash men’s and women’s tennis teams struggled as they both dropped matches to Loyola 7-0 and 6-1, respectively, on February 13.

Abigail Ball was the highlight of the Flash’s performance as she picked up the only win in both matches. Ball faced and defeated Caitlyn Day in a singles match-up that lasted three sets. Ball defeated Day 7-6 and 11-9 in the first and third sets to claim the lone win.

Nathaniel Fleming and Stephen Kowalski represented the men’s team well as they nearly defeated Keyan Sanai and Pierce Norton in doubles competition. However, the Flash could not pull away as they were handed a 9-8 loss.
