SFU Student Attended Conference on Politics
From October 10th to 11th, 2007, Dr. Joseph A. Melusky, professor of political science and director of the Saint Francis University Center for the Study of Government and Law, and Cassie Marsh, a senior majoring in political science and international studies, attended the American Association of Political Consultants Academic Outreach Conference hosted by the Ray C. Bliss Institute of Applied Politics at the University of Akron. The Conference featured lectures and panels on political campaigns and consulting. Students also participated in a mentoring luncheon with leading professionals in the field.
Saint Francis University was one of more than 40 colleges and universities in attendance. SFU participation was sponsored by the University’s Center for the Study of Government and Law.
