Group exercise classes being offered at The DiSepio Institute for Rural Health and Wellness
The DiSepio Institute for Rural Health and Wellness at Saint Francis University is pleased to announce the schedule for group exercise classes for the fall 2009 semester. The classes are open to Saint Francis University students, employees, and the general public. Available classes include: Beginner’s Yoga, Middle Eastern Belly Dancing, Noontime Express, Hip Hop Dance, Muscle Conditioning and Toning, Body Sculpting, Self Defense, and Basic Step.
Classes will start at the beginning of October and will run until Wednesday, November 25. Each class is approximately eight weeks in length. All participants are required to pre-register for the Group Exercise Classes by completing a registration form and waiver form. Participants also need to submit payment for enrolled classes. Space is limited for each class, so registration forms need to be completed as soon as possible.
