Why study abroad?
Study abroad will introduce you to a new culture, a new way of life. You will learn to recognize and appreciate how culture determines values and behaviors. Study abroad will help you develop skills and give you experience a classroom setting will never provide. In addition to making friends around the world, study abroad will increase your self confidence and will have a lasting impact on your world view.
If you are interested in studying abroad, we are more than willing to discuss your options. Please contact The Center for International Education and Outreach at 814-472-3245, jhorvath@francis.edu or stop by 215 Schwab Hall.
