Ms. Angela (Ianuzzi) Balog joins the School of Business faculty as an Instructor of Management. Dr. Balog recently resided in Auburn, AL while working on her Ph.D. at Auburn University where she focused on Organizational Studies, Strategy and Change. Angela also held a position as a graduate teaching assistant; teaching Principles of Management, Strategic Management, HR Management and Community Service Project. Angela was also an instructor at Mount Aloysius College where she taught Organizational Behavior, Consumer Behavior and Business Integration Seminar/Strategic Management. Angela is a current member of the Academy of Management and a reviewer for the Entrepreneurship Division, and the Management, Spirituality, and Religion Interest Group.
Angela worked as a marketing communications coordinator for Digial Solutions/Inmate Telephone, Inc. (Altoona, PA, 2008-2009); a graduate research assistant for Entrepreneurial Initiative, Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at East Carolina University (Greenville, NC, 2007-2008); a substitute teacher for Wake County Public School System (Raleigh, NC, 2006); a public relations, community support and special events coordinator at Sheetz Incorporated (Altoona, PA, 2004-2005); a marketing and public relations associate at Mount Aloysius College (Cresson, PA, 2002-2003); and a college intern at Walt Disney World (Orlando, FL, 2000).
Angela earned her bachelor's degree from Mount Aloysius College in Business Administration Management (Psychology Minor) (2003) and her MBA from East Carolina University with a Supply Chain Management concentration.
Angela and her husband are very active members of their church community, animal lovers, and recently welcomed their first child.
