Biography
Dr. Joyce presently serves as the Elementary Principal for Washington & Jefferson Elementary School in the Altoona Area School District. He has served in this position since 2004. Prior to this position he was the Elementary and Middle School Principal as well as the Director of Special Education for the Portage Area School District. He received his Doctorate of Education in Education Administration and Leadership from Duquesne University.
