Cashier Window
The cashier window is located in the Business Office at 323 Scotus Hall which is on the third (top) floor of the building. The window hours are 9:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Summer hours are 9:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., closing for lunch from 12:00 P.M. to 12:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Check Cashing
A student may cash a check up to a maximum of $100.00 at the cashier’s window with a valid ID Card for the current semester. It is the policy of the University to charge bad checks to the student who cashes them regardless of the maker. A $20.00 service charge will be assessed on checks that are returned from a bank for lack of funds.
Tuition Payments
Tuition Payments may be made at the cashier window in the form of cash, check, or money order.
Credit card payments are accepted through Tuition Management Systems, a processing fee does apply and VISA is not accepted. You can contact Tuition Management Systems by calling 1-888-356-8329 or by visiting their website www.afford.com/francis.
Wire transfers are accepted for special circumstances, please contact the Business Office for more information.
Student Paychecks
Student paychecks may be picked up at the cashier window on payday. If paychecks are not picked up by 3 days after payday, the check will be mailed home.
Declining Balance
Students can add money to their declining balance card (student ID) at the cashier window by the form of cash, check, or money order.
