The contest is open to any full-time high school students (Grade 9-12) in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Indiana, Somerset, and Westmoreland counties.
Winner receives $500 cash and $2,000 tuition remission (payable when student attends Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, full-time, majoring in Communications or English
Multiple entries are premitted, but must be submitted separately. Joint entries are also permitted; prize money will be divided equally among winners. There will be no tuition remission awarded for joint winning projects.
