  • DiSepio Information Assurance Reseach Projects

    The DiSepio Chair Endowment in Computer Science was given to Saint Francis University by Marguerite (Scharpf) DiSepio and her husband, Joseph DiSepio, Saint Francis alumni (1960 and 1958) for the study and advancment of computer information security. This $1.5 million endowment is focused on Information Assurance. Along with the research, the endowment has created the DiSepio Information Assurance Laboratory and also funds an annual speaker series, the DiSepio Information Assurance and Computer Science Holdings in the Pasquerilla Library, the annual DiSepio Technology Day which includes a programming contest and presentations related to computer science, and two four-year scholarships awarded to eligible computer science freshmen.
