2020 isn't that far away. As a university, we have big goals for where we would like to be by the time that date rolls around. To make sure we accomplish those goals we are building our strategic planning road map and we need your help. Please take a few minutes to become familiar with the Strategic Themes that have been established by the University Planning Team. Notice there are objectives under each theme. We need your help to develop the tactical portion of this plan. You may even win a little cash for sharing your idea..
Our Strategic Plan is called “Francis 2020” and it contains four major themes: Francis the Educator, Francis the Collaborator, Francis the Builder and Francis the Steward.Under each of these themes we have a specific outcome with goals leading to the realization of these outcomes. We need your help to define the tactics that will bring success to these goals. (Download a PDF of the Francis 2020 Strategic Planning Map September 2013 version.)
Drop your ideas for tactics that will help us achieve one or more of the goals relating to one (or more) of the strategic themes in the "Francis 2020 idea boxes located around campus. Please mark your submission with the Theme name to which your idea relates, such as Francis the Educator. You can enter more than once. Make sure to include your name on your idea along with a phone number or e-mail address so we can contact you.Box Locations: Library, JFK, DiSepio, Padua, Stokes, and Torvian Fall 2013 We are requesting that all ideas for this semester be submitted no later than November 14.
