  • Are you up to the challenge?

2020 isn't that far away. As a university, we have big goals for where we would like to be by the time that date rolls around. To make sure we accomplish those goals we are building our strategic planning road map and we need your help. Please take a few minutes to become familiar with the Strategic Themes that have been established by the University Planning Team. Notice there are objectives under each theme.  We need your help to develop the tactical portion of this plan. You may even win a little cash for sharing your idea..

    The Strategic Themes

Our Strategic Plan is called “Francis 2020” and it contains four major themes: Francis the Educator, Francis the Collaborator, Francis the Builder and Francis the Steward.

Under each of these themes we have a specific outcome with goals leading to the realization of these outcomes. We need your help to define the tactics that will bring success to these goals. (Download a printable PDF of the Francis 2020 Strategic Planning Map shown below.)
