    Looking for a way to put a spark in your exercise routine this summer? The DiSepio Fitness Center is pleased to announce the fall semester schedule for group exercise classes!


    • Classes run September 15 - November 28
    • Classes are filled on a first-come first-serve basis.
    • Classes will begin as noted on the schedule.

    The Group Exercise Waiver and Registration Form, as well as the payment (if applicable) for the class, can either be hand-delivered or mailed to Melinda Krimmel.

    Facility Usage

    • If you are new to a class, you are encouraged to introduce yourself to the instructor.
    • At the end of the class, please return all of the equipment you utilized to the proper storage area.
    • We recommend that you bring your own towel and water bottle, as these are not provided at the classes.
    • We encourage all group exercise participants not to arrive late or leave early from a class, since each class includes a warm-up and cool-down. This is to facilitate your body’s preparation and recovery from the exercise that you will be participating in. If you need to leave early from a class, please notify the instructor prior to the start of the class.

    Drop-ins Welcome

    • Individuals who would like to ‘Drop in’ for a Zumba or Turbokick class will be charged $5 per class
    • Registered Participants will receive first priority for the class; Drop-ins will be admitted if space allows
    • All Drop-Ins will need to sign a registration form and waiver prior to participating in class, if space allows

    Express Circuit

    Are you ready to get a full body, high intensity, circuit training workout? If so this is the class for you. It will combine basic strength training exercise with high intensity cardio intervals for a fat blasting, muscular toning workout.
    Cost: No Charge -Members (10 Week Session)                     $40 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    FULL- Strength and Cardio Circuit

    Are you just looking to start getting in shape? This circuit class will blend moderate intensity strength training and cardiovascular exercise into a class designed to help individuals create a workout plan that they can stick to.
    Cost: No Charge- Members (10 Week Session)                     $40 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Total Body Conditioning

    Looking for a fun way to learn a new workout routine? This class is a total body workout that combines both cardio and resistance training. Learn how to use your body weight for these exercises, as well as various pieces of equipment to keep your body guessing during this workout routine!

    Ballet Barre Toning

    Are you interested in toning your core and lower body muscles in a unique way? In this 30 minute toning class you'll engage your core and target lower body using simple ballet exercises at the barre or chair to elongate and tone your muscles.

    Cardio Sculpt

    Looking for a quick workout that will give you lasting results. This workout is suitable for you no matter the level of exercise you do now. This workout will consist of various strength exercises with medicine balls, dumbbells, and kettle bells followed by body weight exercises to spike your metabolism and increase endurance. Results will be overall muscle toning and increased strength.

    High Intensity Circuit

    High Intensity Circuit Training is a method of training that involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout, alternating upper and lower body moves as well as high intensity and lower intensity exercises. The idea is a challenging, total body routine that offers better weight loss results in less time. Join us for an hour of fun and an effective workout!

    Turbokick® with Lisa

    Turbo Kick® is the hottest exercise class around that burns up to 1000 calories per hour! Created in 1997 by Chalene Johnson, this addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere where losing weight is the side effect of having FUN! Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts.
    Cost: $60 Members (10 Week Session- 2x/week)                     $100 Non-members (10 Week Session- 2x/week)

    Beginner's Ashtanga Yoga

    Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga that uses a specific sequence of postures grouped into a series. Each movement is synchronized with the breath connecting one pose with the next. In this Beginner's Ashtanga yoga class, the first series will be taught beginning with sun salutations and moving into standing poses, seated poses, and ending with relaxation. The fundamentals of Ashtanga yoga, including Ujjayi breathing (controlled breathing), Bandhas (core locks) and Dristhi (gazing point) will be taught. The eight limbs, or unique parts, of yoga will be introduced and integrated as the class continues.

    Beginner's Yoga

    Experience the mind/body connection through a series of postures, creating a continuous flow, accompanied by deep breathing. Yoga focuses on internal strength, postural integration and radiant health. All levels welcome.

    Zumba ® with Gabbi

    Zumba ®is a fun cardio workout to Latin and international music. The fun atmosphere will make participants forget they are exercising! Moves are easy to follow, as they repeat with particular sections of the music. This exciting workout targets all muscles of the body, yet it’s also great for the heart and mind!"

    Zumba ® with Lisa

    Zumba ® Ready to move fast and have fun and that’s exactly the goal of this class, while potentially burning 500-1000 calories per session. The variety of styles in its routines include cumbia, meringue, salsa, belly dancing, hip hop, and the music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.

    SilverSneakers Classic

    Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. (For ages 65 and above)

    SilverSneakers Circuit

    Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises. (For ages 65 and above)

    Insanity ®

    Your personal trainer Shaun T will push you past your limits with 10 DVDs packed with cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights is needed, and you don't have to be in extreme shape to do it. As long as you're ready to dig deep, Shaun will help you get insane results in just 60 days.

    T25 ®
