    Windber High School students win Video Challenge

    Students from Windber High School have won the Saint Francis University High School Video Challenge for the second year in a row. This year’s winners, Erik Blasic and Hattie Charney, received $500 cash for producing the winning video entitled “Good Neighbor.”
