Biography
Dr. Gallagher has been district superintendent since 1999. Prior to coming to the Hollidaysburg Area School District, he was an elementary and secondary principal in the Indiana Area School District for 15 years. Dr. Gallagher was a teacher in the Carlisle Area and South Middleton Township School District from 1976-84. He and his wife, Anne have 4 children. He received the Distinguished Alumni Award by the Hollidaysburg Area School District Alumni Association in 2001. He is the current president of the Hollidaysburg Rotary Club.
