To apply for a peer ministry position, please contactPaul Girardi.
A vital ingredient in the delivery of many of our programs is the presence of our Peer Ministers. The Peer Ministers are young men and women from the University community who are employed by the Campus Ministry department for the sole purpose of enriching the pastoral care, retreat and service programs on campus. The Peer Ministers seek to reach out to the entire University to offer opportunities to grow in and live their Christian faith more fully. As students re-evaluate their life’s direction, values, and priorities the trained Peer Minister can be an effective witness to the Christian faith by being a positive example of Christian life.
Angela Taylor is a junior majoring in Occupational Therapy. She is a 2012 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School in Bellwood, PA. In her free time, she and enjoys reading, playing guitar and piano, and spending time outside. Angela is involved in SFU Singers and Occupational Therapy Organization on campus, and this is her first year as a Peer Minister. She is excited to get to know more students, make friends, and help others grow in faith throughout the year!
