The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is proud to announce the fall 2012 Excellence through Community Service Entrepreneurship and Leadership (EXCEL) Program and Students for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (SEED) Scholarship recipients, as well as the new graduate assistant.
The EXCEL Program and the SEED Scholarships are professional internships designed to enhance business students’ learning opportunities. In their role at the SBDC, the students work with SBDC consultants and staff to assist small business clients in the local area. The knowledge and experience they will obtain working at the SBDC has the potential to springboard them into higher paying careers and will help them build a competitive resume prior to graduating.
