Biography
Mrs. Campbell is the Director of Special Education for the Altoona Area School District and has served as a Special Education Supervisor at Altoona Area Junior High and William P. Kimmel Alternative School prior to her current position. She was also the Director of Special Education for the Philipsburg-Osceola School District in 2009. Prior to her administrative position she was a special educator at the Penn Cambria School District for ten years.
Mrs. Campbell earned her B.S in Elementary/Special Education from California University of Pennsylvania, her M.Ed. from St. Francis University, and her Principal and Special Education Supervisor certifications from Saint Francis University. She is currently an Adjunct Instructor for the Graduate Education Program at Saint Francis University.
