Denise Farabaugh, executive assistant for the mission integration, campus ministry and the institute for contemporary life offices, received the John Soriano Outstanding Service Award. She was nominated by her colleagues because of her willingness to assist and to go above and beyond in her daily tasks. She exemplifies the Franciscan mission, leading by example. In her 22 years at Saint Francis, Farabaugh has also worked in the philosophy and religious studies department, fine arts department, and the library.
Robert Krimmel, Sr. the director of athletics, received the Theodore Soriano Outstanding Service Award for his dedication to the athletics department and the entire campus community. He was nominated by his colleagues for his leadership, and his tireless work for the betterment of the athletics programs at Saint Francis. Krimmel is completing his seventh year at the university. He is a graduate of Penn State where he earned his undergraduate degree in secondary education and his master's degree counselor education.
