    Looking for a way to put a spark in your exercise routine this fall? The DiSepio Fitness Center is pleased to announce the fall semester schedule for group exercise classes!


    • Classes run January 27 - April 25
    • Classes are filled on a first-come first-serve basis.
    • Classes will begin as noted on the schedule.

    The Group Exercise Waiver and Registration Form, as well as the payment (if applicable) for the class, can either be hand-delivered or mailed to Melinda Krimmel.

    Facility Usage

    • At the end of the class, please return all of the equipment you utilized to the proper storage area.
    • We recommend that you bring your own towel and water bottle, as these are not provided at the classes.
    • We encourage all group exercise participants not to arrive late or leave early from a class, since each class includes a warm-up and cool-down. T his is to facilitate your body’s preparation and recovery from the exercise that you will be participating in. If you need to leave early from a class, please notify the instructor prior to the start of the class.

    Drop-ins Welcome

    • Individuals who would like to ‘Drop in’ for a Zumba or Turbokick class will be charged $5 per class
    • Registered Participants will receive first priority for the class; Drop-ins will be admitted if space allows
    • All Drop-Ins will need to sign a registration form and waiver prior to participating in class, if space allows

    Express Circuit

    Are you ready to get a full body, high intensity, circuit training workout? If so this is the class for you. It will combine basic strength training exercise with high intensity cardio intervals for a fat blasting, muscular toning workout.
    Cost: No Charge -Members (10 Week Session),  $40 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    FULL- Strength and Cardio Circuit

    Are you just looking to start getting in shape? This circuit class will blend moderate intensity strength training and cardiovascular exercise into a class designed to help individuals create a workout plan that they can stick to.
    Cost: No Charge- Members (10 Week Session),  $40 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Kettlebells

    Kettlebells are a fun way to train cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises. In this class, we will target the major muscles of the body by doing various exercises with the kettlebell. The total body workout using the kettlebell will provide you with a cardio workout while also working on explosive power and endurance movements. With a variety of different exercises that can be performed with the kettlebell, fat burning is done easy!

    Jazz Funk

    A cardio class introducing dance moves to the newest and hottest music! This dance class is perfect for you if you enjoy learning simple choreography, keeping your heart rate up, stretching, and grooving to the music. Come out if you want a great stress reliever and workout!
    Cost: $40- Members (10 Week Session),  $75 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Work'n it Circuits

    The fastest proven method of burning calories and fat grams. The Tabata protocol is a high intensity training regime that produces remarkable results through a variety of training techniques: kettlebells, body weight, resistance bands, and more. The intervals both tax your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. This class is an absolute blast, but be prepared to be challenged!
    Cost: $40- Members (10 Week Session),  $75 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Total Body Toning

    Looking for a fun way to learn a new workout routine? This class is a total body workout that combines both cardio and resistance training. Learn how to use your body weight for these exercises, as well as various pieces of equipment to keep your body guessing during this workout routine!
    Cost: No Charge-Members (10 Week Session), $40 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Max Interval Circuit

    This class includes interval circuits of high intensity cardio exercises paired with total body strengthening. In a short 30 minute session, this class will push you to your maximum in a short amount of time. Max Interval Circuit Training can provide many advantages that the usual exercise routines cannot offer including, aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance, and fat burning like never before! This is a go at your own pace kind of class, so all levels of experience are welcome. Come join the fun!

    Cardio Sculpt

    Looking for a quick workout that will give you lasting results. This workout is suitable for you no matter the level of exercise you do now. This workout will consist of various strength exercises with medicine balls, dumbbells, and kettle bells followed by body weight exercises to spike your metabolism and increase endurance. Results will be overall muscle toning and increased strength.
    Cost: $40- Members (10 Week Session- meets 1x/week),  $75 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    High Intensity Circuit

    High Intensity Circuit Training is a method of training that involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout, alternating upper and lower body moves as well as high intensity and lower intensity exercises. The idea is a challenging, total body routine that offers better weight loss results in less time. Join us for an hour of fun and an effective workout!
    Cost: $40- Members (10 Week Session- meets 1x/week),  $75 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Turbokick® with Lisa

    Turbo Kick® is the hottest exercise class around that burns up to 1000 calories per hour! Created in 1997 by Chalene Johnson, this addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere where losing weight is the side effect of having FUN! Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts.
    Cost: $60 Members (10 Week Session- 1x/week), $100 Non-members (10 Week Session- 2x/week)

    Burnit Circuit

    Are you tired of spending your workout time on a stationary machine? Do you want to burn fat while gaining more definition and function in your muscles? Then this workout is for you! Burnit Circuit is an intense full-body workout that incorporates kick-boxing moves, weighted exercises, and body weight training to engage all muscle groups while keeping your heart rate up to burn maximum levels of fat and calories! We’ll keep you moving for a full hour and push you to the limit so you’ll really “feel the burn”.
    Two Sessions, Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday (Please choose one when registering)
    Cost: $40- Members (10 Week Session- meets 2x/week),  $75 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Ballistic

    Are you looking for a full body workout? This class will incorporate BOSU and physioballs to improve your balance and get the most out of your workout! Come and learn some new exercises and challenge yourself.
    Cost: $40- Members (10 Week Session- meets 1x/week),  $75 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Insanity ®

    Your personal trainer Shaun T will push you past your limits with 10 DVDs packed with cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights is needed, and you don't have to be in extreme shape to do it. As long as you're ready to dig deep, Shaun will help you get insane results in just 60 days.
    Cost: No Charge Members (10 Weeks Session), $20 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Zumba ® with Ali

    Zumba ® is a fun cardio workout to Latin and international music. The fun atmosphere will make participants forget they are exercising! Moves are easy to follow, as they repeat with particular sections of the music. This exciting workout targets all muscles of the body, yet it’s also great for the heart and mind!"
    Cost: $40- Members (10 Week Session - meets 1x/week),  $65 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    Zumba ® with Jodi

    Zumba ® Ready to move fast and have fun and that’s exactly the goal of this class, while potentially burning 500-1000 calories per session. The variety of styles in its routines include cumbia, meringue, salsa, belly dancing, hip hop, and the music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
    Cost: $60- Members (10 Week Session-meets 2/week), $100 Non-Members (10 Week Session)

    SilverSneakers Classic

    Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities of daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. 
    Cost: No Charge-SilverSneakers Members, $5 per class Non-SilverSneakers Members

    SilverSneakers Circuit

    Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises
