The Saint Francis University Counseling Center will host the traveling art exhibit, “Healing Trauma through Expressive Arts.” The exhibit is created by adult survivors of sexual abuse from the Integrative Healing Group, a free program for female adult survivors of sexual abuse. It will be on display in the lower level of the Saint Francis Library and Learning Commons from Monday, March 31, starting at 4 pm to Friday, April 4, ending at noon. The exhibit is open to the public and is free to view.
The exhibit has traveled throughout the community and will continue to travel in the month of April for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
A special program will be held on April 1, at 6:30 pm in the lower level of the Saint Francis Library, where visitors will be able to meet the artists behind the exhibit and learn more about The Integrative Healing Group.
