Biography
Dr. Hargittai’s field of research is organic synthesis, drug design, and peptide chemistry. He has been active in publishing and editorial activities in addition to his research and teaching. He was co-author of Candid Science V; Great Minds; and Wisdom of the Martians of Science and edited Culture and Art of Scientific Discovery and co-edited Culture of Chemistry and Science of Crystal Structures. He is the Founding Director of the Office of Student Research of Saint Francis University. The Office organizes the Annual Saint Francis University Student Research Days and publishes Spectrum – Journal of Student Research at Saint Francis University.
