Biography
Dr. Cammarata obtained a Master of Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University in 1996 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2014. She also earned her Doctor of Education degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2018. She is a board certified neurologic clinical specialist and has worked as a physical therapist in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and home health. Dr. Cammarata joined SFU in 2012 as a lab instructor and became a full time faculty member in 2014. Her teaching areas include neuroscience, neurologic patient management, and research. She has a passion for the integration of humanities into health science education.
