Biography

Dr. Hobbs is the Data Coordinator for Westmont Hilltop School District. Through the analysis of state and local assessment data, she works closely with classroom teachers and administrators to improve teaching practices, increase quality of education, and improve student achievement. Dr. Hobbs has earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Pennsylvania Western University, a Master of Arts in Special Education from Point Park University, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Administration from Point Park University.
