Biography
Dr. Stehman has a unique background combining exercise physiology and athletic training fields with primary interests in hydration, sweat, and environmental research. Dr. Stehman has both athletic training and research experience working with a diversity of athletes including division I, division II and professional athletes such as the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Eagles. She has a huge passion for teaching students the “why” component in her courses and highly encourages exercise as medicine in and out of the classroom. Dr. Stehman is also the internship coordinator for the Exercise Physiology students.
