Biography
Dr. Nicole Custer joined the Nursing Department in 2022. Dr. Custer has a love for teaching students pathophysiology, pharmacology, and critical care nursing. She also teaches the NCLEX review course and is the advisor of the Student Nurse Organization. Dr. Custer has over 20 years of experience as a certified critical care registered nurse (CCRN) and continues to actively work in the intensive care unit in addition to her teaching responsibilities. Dr. Custer is the owner of Nursing Student Success, LLC, an educational consulting company for nursing students. In the community, she is a group fitness instructor and a youth soccer coach.
