Biography
Starting in 2015, Mr. McCoy has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Saint Francis University. During his time there, he has had the opportunity to teach a variety of courses, such as Biological Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Health and Exercise Psychology, Introduction to Psychology, and Psychopathology. To enhance his teaching methods, he has successfully integrated online resources like the publisher's MindTap platform for Biological Psychology and the Achieve program for Developmental Psychology. Additionally, Mr. McCoy has actively participated in the Multicultural Fest for two consecutive years, where he educated attendees about the numerous benefits of adopting a whole food plant-based diet at the Vegan table. Mr. McCoy thoroughly enjoys teaching and engaging with students.
