Biography

Ms. Regina Barr joined the Department of Nursing  faculty at Saint Francis University in Fall 2016, with extensive teaching and  nursing education experience. Ms. Barr is responsible for teaching the Nursing Management/ Leadership Practicum course and provides instruction for students in the NCLEX review course in preparation for taking the RN Licensure exam. Ms. Barr also assumes the role as Lab/Sim Coordinator in the nursing department, and assists with the implementation of lab and simulation activities. In addition to teaching responsibilities, Ms. Regina Barr is Chairperson of the BSN Curriculum Committee, and Co-Chair of the Program Evaluation, Faculty Development and Resource Committees in the Department of Nursing.  She is the Program Director of the RN-BSN program.

 

Ms. Regina Barr is a member of the School of Health Science & Education Interprofessional Education (IPE) Committee and assists in planning interprofessional activities, including the annual Health Care Team Challenge.
