SFU's Criminal Justice Program has been awarded the 2023 CJ Program of the Year by the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) on March 18. The ACJS is an international association established to foster professional and scholarly activities in the field of criminal justice.

The Uplift Annual Scholarship is open to students enrolled in an online associate or bachelor’s degree program through the Francis Worldwide School of Continuing Studies.

After completing a rigorous review process, SFU has been designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense for its validated degree program in the Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity Administration and Digital Forensics.
