Final Two Lectures of the Leadership Development Series
The final two lectures of the Leadership Development series at the Curry Innovation Center in Altoona, PA are scheduled for November 18th and December 9th from 7:30-9:30am.
On November 18th, Dr. Lisa Raymond will lead a lecture titled, Achieving Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness in the Workplace. Dr. Raymond will dive into answering the question, as the workforce takes on greater diversity, how can a leader recognize the unique nature and talents of every employee, while still building a highly productive and cohesive team?
The December 9th lecture is titled, Managing Remote Teams and Employees and How to Keep Them Engaged and Connected in a Digital World. The presenter will discuss how remote work has accelerated in terms of adoption in the Post Pandemic World and how leaders need to determine the best ways to keep them engaged and connected while they strive to deliver the same collective results as if they were all in one big room working together.
