Exercise Physiology supports Hollidaysburg Area High School

On Wednesday, March 26, Mr. Steiner and 7 Exercise Physiology students conducted a seminar at Hollidaysburg Area High School for the Advanced Physical Education students. The seminar was based on varied types of training.  The student-led stations were focused on Power with Plyometrics, BodyWeight Metabolic Fitness and Resistance Training Progressions.  Mr. Steiner and the SFU students [Kaylin Rose (Jr PTEX), Mason Frye (Sr EXPH), Ryan Frank (Jr PTEX), Ethan Schriver (Jr EXPH), Chloe Hoffman (Sr EXPH), Sarh Stiteler (Jr HSPA) and Maggie Coassolo (Fr MGMT)] designed the stations and instructed the students on proper form and intensity.  This is a yearly event that has been consistently operated for the past 4 years.
