Exercise Physiology supports Northern Bedford High School

On Wednesday, March 19, Mr. Steiner and 8 Exercise Physiology students conducted a seminar at Northern Bedford High School for the Honors Biology and Anatomy & Physiology students.  The seminar was based on Energy System Utilization under varied exercise intensities. Mr. Steiner and the SFU students (Tobey Jamnik, Kaylin Rose, Lindsey Bolinger, Katie Webster, Danielle Goedhart, Colleen Roche, Mason Frye, and Tomke Dziesiaty) instructed everyone on three types of exercise stations and helped them understand the application of varied energy systems.  This is a yearly event that has been consistently operated for the past 4 years.
