In the year since the program started in Cambria County, the university has placed 12,640 books into the hands of 1,686 children.

Healthcare professionals from 12 counties attended “An Interprofessional Interactive Gross Dissection Laboratory Experience: From the Forearm to the Digits,” a free professional development seminar held at Saint Francis University on July 18 and 19.

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, the flagship program of The Dollywood Foundation, is now available in Cambria County. Every family residing in Cambria County with children from birth until age 5 may register for this monthly book-gifting program to receive up to 60 free age-appropriate books!

Saint Francis University is proud to announce its 2020-2021 Intrepid Research Grant Award recipients. Congratulations to Oliva Coll Nazarak, Kei-shon Graham, and Scott Riner. For over a decade, $1,000 competitive grants are award annually to students proposing significant academic, creative, or service projects that are firmly grounded in the humanities. The grants are made possible through the generous donations of SFU alumni who wish to support interdisciplinary student research, creative or service projects. Olivia (Coll) Nazarak is a Middle School English and Special Education Major who
