The competitions, held virtually, will offer cash prizes and certificates for first, second, third, and fourth place in each category. Thanks to Saint Francis University's military-friendly options , Sarah was able to graduate from the top Nursing program in the nation and become a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army through IUP's elite ROTC Warrior Battalion program .
