Saint Francis University is proud to announce a new annual accolade titled the ‘Shields School of Business Dare-to-Dream Award’, a homage to Martin Luther King, Jr.’s iconic "I Have a Dream Speech". School of STEAM Completes 27th Annual STEAM Day

The 27th Annual STEAM day was held virtually on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. There were 409 high school students and 32 high school teachers from 21 schools who participated. The day featured 32 one-hour sessions, including three Keynote presentations, an Esports Rocket League Gaming competition, and an Ethics Debate Team competition. The presenters included three alumni in Keynote sessions Ms. Margaret Everson from the National Parks Service , Mr. Jim Morhard from NASA , and Dr. Stephen O'Brien from the National Institute of Health , and additional alumni presenters Ms. Jaci Bray a 2020

Sarah Davis once dreamed of becoming a nurse—and serving in the military. Thanks to Saint Francis University's military-friendly options , Sarah was able to graduate from the top Nursing program in the nation and become a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army through IUP's elite ROTC Warrior Battalion program . SFU Receives $1 million to Help Veterans Earn Degrees

Veterans and military personnel will now have an easier way to finish their degree and obtain occupational licensing. The U.S. Department of Labor announced that Saint Francis University has been awarded a 3-year, $1 million dollar grant under the Veterans Accelerated Learning for Licensed Occupations (VALLO) project. 24th Annual Science Day 2017

More than 530 high school students from 30 local schools celebrated science on the Saint Francis University campus for the 24th Annual Science Day event. Dr. Pete Skoner , Professor of Physics and Science Day organizer, started the morning off with the inspiring story of Maurice Stokes and Jack Twyman and the “Become That Someone” theme embraced by the University.
