Altoona workshop series set for business leaders and managers Saint Francis University Shields School of Business & The Francis in the Marketplace Employee Training and Development Institute present the Fall 2023/Winter 2024 Leadership Development Series.   The series consists of four high energy leadership workshops aimed at fueling employee engagement, unleashing workplace productivity, and enabling organizations to attract and retain the best employees. Saint Francis University has announced the election of four new members to its Board of Trustees for four-year terms, beginning this fall.

Saint Francis University rose 60 spots on the 2023 list of “America’s Top 500 Colleges,” released by Forbes this month. SFU earned spot No. 440 on the list.

SFU moved up on U.S. News & World Report's prestigious "Best Regional Universities" in the North list: ranking #30 overall and #25 for Social Mobility.

Forbes Advisor's Education Team selected its picks of the 2023 top schools tin Pennsylvania to pursue an online degree. Saint Francis University was honored to round out the list of the 10 Best Online Colleges in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Shlomit Flaisher-Grinberg, Associate Professor of Psychology at Saint Francis University, was invited to write an article for the "Uncommon Courses" column of "The Conversation." The article, titled "Canines go to college in this class that seeks to give shelter dogs a fresh start," features an inside look at SFU's Canine Learning and Behavior course.

The Saint Francis University Community Blanketeers collection will begin September 25 and run through November 1, 2023. Since 2006, the Blanketeers have collected more than 2,337 beautiful blankets, which have been donated to local children in Blair County, Cambria County, and surrounding areas.

Saint Francis University landed the #25 spot on the list of Best Colleges in Pennsylvania, beating out more than 80 other institutions, according to the latest ranking list published by Niche, the popular college review site used by prospective students nationwide.
