Bachelor degree in a health sciences related field with teaching experience in a clinical setting or higher education is required.  Master degree in a health-related field with at least three years of experience working with development and execution of simulations in a lab setting preferred.  Certification in Simulation Education or willingness to obtain the certification upon hire.  A clinical license is preferred.  Relevant professional experience in a clinical environment with significant exposure to direct patient care required.  Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work with a team.  Knowledge of computer hardware/software applications used in simulator functions.
