It's time to submit your CES - Community Enrichment Series Applications

Spring semester events may be submitted now for approval. CES Application

CES applications must be submitted for approval 10  working days prior to the event for timely advertising of CES events to students. The Community Enrichment Series (CES) Application is also located under Quick Links on my.francis.edu.

General Guidelines:

  1. Late applications cannot be accepted due to the approval process and for timely advertising of CES events to students. The latest date to hold a Spring 2025 CES event is Wednesday, April 30, 2025, therefore all applications MUST be submitted for approval by Thursday, April 17, 2025.
  2.  Faculty/Staff must be present for the entirety of the event.  
  3. CES events should generally last at least 50 minutes. Students are expected to be present for the entire time, and the faculty/staff sponsoring the event must be present to ensure compliance.
  4. Your event must be approved as a CES event BEFORE adding "CES Approved" to any event posters. 
  5. As a general rule, QR codes should be displayed at the end of the event, especially for speaker presentations. 
  6. After students scan the QR code, the form will collect responses 30 minutes into the event and close 15 minutes after the event ends.
